Welcome to Anna's Imaginarium - Anna Delva's art classes services. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, including art classes and courses (online and in-person) and the sale of art prints, books, and illustrated merchandise.

Definitions

  • "Service Provider" refers to Anna Delva, providing art classes, courses, and the sale of related products.

  • "Client" refers to any individual or entity purchasing or using the services offered by the Service Provider.

  • "Services" include art classes, courses, and the sale of art prints, books, and illustrated merchandise.

General Terms

  • By accessing our services or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

  • The Service Provider reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.

Art Classes and Courses

3.1 Enrollment and Payment
 

  • Enrollment in art classes and courses is subject to availability and requires full payment at the time of booking.

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, or any other method specified on our website.

 

3.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy
 

  • Clients may cancel their enrollment up to 1 month before the start date of the course for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 1 month of the start date will be subject to a 20% fee, deducted from the total course fee.

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the course has started.

3.3 Class Participation
 

  • Clients are expected to attend classes on time. Missed classes will not be refunded or rescheduled unless otherwise specified.

  • The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. Unforeseen circumstances include, but are not limited to:

    • Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, hurricanes)

    • Severe weather conditions (e.g., snowstorms, heavy rain, extreme heat)

    • Public health emergencies (e.g., pandemics, epidemics, government-mandated lockdowns)

    • Power outages or technical failures

    • Instructor illness or unavailability due to emergencies

    • Political instability (e.g., riots, protests, strikes)

    • Any other event beyond the reasonable control of the Service Provider

  • ​In the event of cancellation or rescheduling due to these circumstances, clients will be offered a rescheduled date, a credit for future classes, or a full refund.

Art Prints, Books, and Illustrated Merchandise Sales

4.1 Product Information
 

  • All descriptions, images, and prices of products are subject to change without notice.

  • We strive to ensure that all product details are accurate; however, there may be slight variations in color or design between the online images and the actual product.

 

4.2 Payment
 

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Payment methods include credit card, PayPal, or any other method specified on our website.

 

4.3 Shipping and Delivery
 

  • Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and the nature of the product. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

  • The Service Provider is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

 

4.4 Returns and Refunds
 

  • Art prints, books, and illustrated merchandise can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, except in cases of damaged or defective products.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to images, designs, text, and logos, is the property of the Service Provider and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content without the express written permission of the Service Provider.

Privacy Policy

The Service Provider is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients. Personal information collected during the course of providing services will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders, providing services, and improving client experience.

We do not share or sell personal information to third parties, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or products.
 

The Service Provider’s total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service or product in question.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
